We can identify it by emailing us a photo with any markings, nameplates, or other identifying characteristics. We can also go through the valve’s purpose with you so you know what it’s intended for and whether or not it’s the greatest valve for the job.

No, valves are heavy and bulky so they are not able to offer free delivery. However, we offer a low-cost shipping rate when you order in bulk. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
You must pay pro-forma on your first order and for additional orders, and we can establish an account as long as you are approved.
If the valves are in their standard configuration and in the condition they were when we received them, we will accept returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. We may not be able to re-stock any customized or special orders without a 100% restocking charge.

3-5 days is the standard delivery time for most items. Allow up to two weeks for customized machined connections if applicable. Specific delivery dates will be provided with your proposal for proposals with custom material valves/actuators. Expediting your order may increase the price, so please talk to your sales representative about it.
